1. Fee Policy for Authors (No Fee for Authors)
Our journal does not request any fees from authors at any stage of article submission, evaluation, or publication processes.
Article Submission Fee: Submitting manuscripts to the system is entirely free of charge.
Article Processing Charge (APC): No fee is requested from authors for peer review, editorial processes, proofreading, or layout operations.
Publication Fee: In case of acceptance, no fee is requested for publication (online or printed).
Extra Page or Color Printing Charges: No additional fee is charged regardless of the length of the article or the nature of the visuals (maps, photos, etc.) included.
In summary: Submitting to and publishing in Ileri Hareket Journal of History and Culture Studies is completely free of charge.
2. Fee Policy for Readers and Institutions (No Subscription Fee)
Our journal is managed under an "Open Access" policy.
Subscription Fee: There is no individual or institutional subscription fee to access journal content.
Download Fee (Pay-per-view): No payment is required to read or download articles. All content is open to the whole world free of charge immediately upon publication.
3. Funding and Sponsorship Model
All expenses of Ileri Hareket Journal of History and Culture Studies (web hosting, DOI fees, digital archiving, etc.) are covered by the journal management.
Our journal does not accept commercial advertisements to ensure that publication decisions remain unaffected.
Sponsorships or financial support are completely independent of the editors' publication decisions.
4. Payments to Authors
Our journal is not a commercial entity. Therefore, no royalty fee is paid to authors for published articles. Authors do not expect financial gain other than their contribution to science and academic prestige.
